How do I apply my Impact discount voucher?

Enter the voucher code IMPACT24 upon checkout and you will see $50 NZD is applied as a discount.

Do I have to pay anything?

No. It's up to you whether you wish to pay for additional items if the total of your order is over $50 NZD. You are able to pay the balance by credit card if you wish to purchase more items

My order is failing and I'm seeing errors?

It is likely this is to do with fraud safeguards with Webflow and Stripe. The first thing would be to check if you have entered a valid address in the check out flow, regardless of if you are shipping items to a regional office. If you are still having trouble, ping the team in the #marketing-swag channel on Slack.

When will I receive my items?

We'll be collecting all the orders from team members and applying bulk orders that can be shipped to regional offices. Depending on the popularity of some items we may have to print more stock and then ship them to all of you after manufacture. Needless to say you will get your requested items but please be patient with us as we collect all the orders, ship and distribute them to each individual.

In the unlikely and unfortunate event that you need to make changes to your order, wish to cancel, receive a faulty item or other issue please feel free to reach out and post in the #marketing-swag channel on Slack for assistance.
